Buna Bet ShopThe sleek transparent design of the shop in the Amsterdam neighborhood, de Pijp, has many Ethiopian elements and is an manifestation of the symbolism between the Ethiopia and the west. The shop is designed as a modern café. Besides coffee, soft drinks and light meals, you will see the story of coffee. On the back wall is a charming illustration and text about the first coffee bean in Ethiopia. The menu describes the traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony. (which can be arranged for groups!) Buna Bet has 4 different varieties of coffee (one is a blend of the three others.) Coffee is a binding element in the teamwork between Ethiopia and the west. |
